Three-phase AC High-Current Power Supply REOLAB 220

Adjustable and constant high-current power supply for switch test benches Description REO high-current power supplies are used wherever test specimens need to be tested with several thousand amperes. Specifically, these include switchgear, fuses, cables, etc. The test specimens are thermally heated and tested under nominal conditions in continuous tests. Tests with defined overload curves are also performed. Traditional voltage adjustments with variable transformers ensure that the input signal is passed through to the output as a clean sine wave. This allows every test with specimens to be conducted with any current value and in a sinusoidal manner, and to be reproduced at any time. The high-current sources are electronically controlled and can achieve a control accuracy of ( 0.5%) and be integrated into the laboratory network via various BUS systems. Advantages Single- or three-phase high-current power supplies AC power supplies up to 3x 10 kA Modular design of the various modules (control unit, regulation unit, power section) Typical Applications Heating tests of components such as cables and contacts, low-voltage distribution, switchgear with low-impedance. Technical data* Input voltage 3 x 400 VAC 50/60 Hz Output voltage 3 x 0-10 V per phase Output current up to 3 x 10,000 A Output power up to 300 kVA Switching group Star/open/open/open Protection class IP 20 *Of course, other voltages and power ratings can also be offered after consultation. In addition, different operating options/operating concepts and industrial interfaces are possible. Datasheet All data and configurations can be found in our product datasheet. Download Datasheet

Variable Transformer REOVAR DRRTO/DRRTOSPW

Three-phase variable toroidal transformers (economy winding, IP 00) Description REOVAR variable toroidal transformers from the market leader for variable transformers regulate the output voltage in fine steps with constant current at the output. Our variable toroidal transformers are suitable for frequencies from 50 – 400 Hz – other frequencies on request. The particular advantage of these series is that the sinusoidal shape is retained – so there are no EMC problems. The special core winding of REO generates no stray fields and a low voltage drop. Input voltage: 3 x 400V 50/60 Hz Output voltage 3 x 0-400 V or 0-450 V Ambient temperature max. 40° C Connection group Star / eco REO toroidal variable transformers confrom to EN 61558-2-14 Options Degree of protection IP 20 – IP 54 Motor drive, digital / analog Separate winding Versatile accessories: e.g. TVR 6500 motor control Advantages High-precision adjustment (turn-to-turn voltage only approx. 0.7 V) Frequencies from 50 – 400 Hz No EMC problems Low heat dissipation Comparatively high performance with small dimensions Wide range of accessories Technical specification Input voltage 3 x 400 V Output voltage 3 x 0 – 400 V or 3 x 0 – 450 V Output current 3 x 0.6 A to 32 A Output power 0.66 kVA to 24.9 kVA Frequency range 50 – 400 Hz Ambient temperature max. 40° C Gearshift group Star/Spar IP Code IP 00 – IP 20 Data sheet Download our extensive catalog and discover many other REO products. Variable Transformer DRTEU

Three-phase column variable transformers (autotransformer, ± adjustment) Description REO variable column transformers with ± adjustment are the perfect solution in conjunction with REO transformers – enabling double the power. The waveform of the sine wave is retained – so there are no EMC problems over the entire control range. All products in the series are supplied with UL-listed materials. The REO design enables easy handling and hysteresis-free adjustment of the output voltage, even at high adjustment speeds of the drive motor. REO column actuators are therefore perfect for high power adjustment. REO-column type variable transformers conform to EN 61558-2-14 Advantages High-precision adjustment (turn-to-turn voltage only approx. 0.7 V) Low-loss cores Vacuum impregnated windings Windings virtually maintenance free UL-listed materials Available in IP 00 and IP 20 Wide range of accessories Technical specifications DRTEU Input voltage 3x 400 V Output voltage 3 x ± 0 – 400 V, 3 x ± 0 – 500 V Output current 3 x 8.7 – 208 A Output power 6.0 – 153 kVA Frequency range 50/60 Hz Gearshift group Star/Spar IP Code IP 00 – IP 20 Technical specifications DRTEU-S Input voltage 3 x 400 V, 3 x 0 – 400 V, 3 X 0 – 660 V Output voltage 3 x ± 0 – 400 V Output current 3 x 21,5 – 557,0 Output power 15 – 384 kVA Frequency range 50/60 Hz Gearshift group Star/Spar IP Code IP 00 – IP 20 Technical specifications DRTGE Input voltage 3 x 400 V Output voltage 3 x 0 – 400 V, 3 x 0 660 V Output current 3 x 84 – 336.0 A Output power 3 – 384 kVA Frequency range 50/60 Hz Gearshift group Star/Spar IP Code IP 00 – IP 20 Options for column variable-ratio transformers Manual drive by means of spindle with supplement “SP” (vertical spindle) Manual drive by means of spindle bevel gear drive with supplement “SPW” (horizontal spindle) Circuit ± U Motor drives AC motor drive 230 V 50/60 Hz with supplement “MoK” DS motor drive 3 x 400/230 V 50/60 Hz with supplement “Mo” Enclosure versions Are also available in the standard protection class IP 20 in the standard RAL 7035 paint finish.
