Description
The series D 158 can be used as braking or load resistor for drive technology, industrial applications, test fields, E-Mobility and railway engineering with integrated water cooling.
Through targeted and optimized cooling in a compact space, high power can be achieved with minimal heat generation. They can also be used in environments with high ambient temperatures. The Resistors are available as braking, charging, and high-voltage resistors.

- Temperature switch
Should the resistor be destroyed, it becomes high-impedance. Therefore, each series is available with a temperature switch.
The specified power values were recorded with the Resistors in a horizontal position in the air, at a minimum distance of 100mm from the substrate. The power values apply to standard products with a normal tolerance of +/- 10% at an ambient temperature of 20°C.
