Our service
Training
Training services at your production site or on the premises of REO AG simplify the commissioning of new devices or systems and ensure worry-free use throughout the entire product life cycle. Our in-house trainers will familiarise your employees with the technology and provide valuable information on the correct and safe use of REO components. Our training courses are available for both standard solutions and customised components. Digital, easy-to-understand content complements the training and also enables international deployment.

We believe in the quality of our own products and are confident of the durability of all components used, which is why we have extended the legal guarantee from one to two years.
Technical support
We supply you with appliances of the highest quality and operational reliability. Should you nevertheless encounter problems with one of our products, our competent first-aiders are available to assist you free of charge by telephone. If the situation or issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we offer you technical support on site from selected and trained technicians.
Repairs
If the fault cannot be rectified on site, we will organise an express repair after consultation by telephone and receipt of the defective product, if necessary, in order to minimise downtimes and ensure a quick replacement.

The entire REO product portfolio as well as information on specific applications and technologies are available for download as extensive and detailed catalogues and brochures.
