REOVIB Measuring Devices

Measuring devices for vibratory conveyors DESCRIPTION The REOVIB Testbox 122 is designed to provide accurate indications of voltage and current, when servicing and testing vibratory conveyors. The devices are fitted with moving-iron meters and external connectors are provided to allow fast and safe connection of the feeder and controller. The measuring device SWM 4000 is used for setup, testing, and service of vibratory feeding devices. As a handheld device with integrated batteries, it can be easily used in mobile applications. Using an acceleration sensor, frequency [Hz], vibration amplitude [mm], vibration velocity [cm/s], and vibration acceleration [g] can be measured. The values are displayed on the integrated LCD screen and can also be stored in the device (40 measurements). These stored data can be transferred to a PC for further evaluation within a file via the built-in USB interface. The Sensor SWM 1000 is used for monitoring vibratory feeding troughs. The sensor detects the acceleration of a magnetically or motor-driven vibrating trough and provides one measurement value each for vibration acceleration [g] and vibration amplitude [mm]. The sensor output can be directly connected to a measuring device (with 0 (4)… 20 mA input) or linked to a PLC control system for evaluation or monitoring purposes. The REOVIB 6050 workshop device contains a REOVIB MFS frequency controller for vibratory conveyors and has been specially developed for use in servicing, construction and design of vibratory conveyors. For rapid control, the desired value of vibration amplitude is adjustable by means of a potentiometer and an integrated ammeter provides indication of the feeder running current. The workshop and diagnostic device REOVIB 6100 is a microprocessor-controlled device for power adjustment of vibratory feeders, using an integrated frequency inverter REOVIB MFS. Simultaneously, vibration frequency [Hz], vibration amplitude [mm], vibration velocity [cm/s], and vibration acceleration [g] are determined using an acceleration sensor. The values are displayed on the integrated LCD screen and can also be stored in the device (40 measurements). These stored data can be transferred to a PC for further evaluation within a file via the built-in USB interface. The operating frequency of the feeder can be manually set or automatically determined using a vibration amplitude sensor through an automatic frequency search. The monitoring device REOVIB SWM 843 is used for measuring and displaying the vibration behavior of vibrating troughs. The vibration of the trough is detected via an acceleration sensor. The current measurement value can be read directly on the device on a 5-digit seven-segment display as an acceleration value [g], vibration amplitude value [mm], or vibration frequency value [Hz]. The acceleration value can be tapped proportionally at an analog output with 0 (4)… 20 mA for evaluation or monitoring purposes – either via a connected measuring device or, for example, a connected PLC control system. The REOVIB BK 032 is a monitoring device which measures the vibration behaviour of vibratory feeders. This evaluation device when used in conjunction with an acceleration sensor, allows an acceptable window of operation to be established using adjustable maximum and minimum limits. If operation outside of this window occurs, which could signal a mechnical problem for example, a associated relay switches over which can be used to trigger an external alarm. IP 20, single-channel control DESCRIPTION The control unit REOVIB MTS 620 is a phase-angle control for adjusting the feed speed of vibratory conveyors. All parameters can be entered via the LED display. User-specific settings can be saved and recalled. The device is available in protection class IP20. The REOVIB MTS series includes single, dual, and triple-channel control units for vibratory feeder drives. These are phase-angle controls. Consequently, the vibration frequency of the conveying devices can be equal to or twice as high as the mains frequency of the input voltage (depending on the type, other frequencies are also possible). Plug connections for all inputs and outputs enable quick connection and facilitate the combination of multiple devices with each other or with external controls.
