Double core technology closed-loop current transformers for railway engineering Description The current transducer WKO-2C-B with hall effect elements and double-core technology has an extended frequency response of up to 150 kHz and an accurate phase response. The WKO-2C-B guarantees an increased current measurement accuracy of better than 0.3% in the whole frequency range: DC to 150 kHz. A completely redesigned electronics ensure that the new C/L current transducer has better drift compensation and an extended temperature range from -40°C to 85°C. Modular design The current transformer has a modular design and enables a wide range of mounting options. The cost-effective basic model consists of a housing with screw connections, cable entry and holes for mounting. The transformer can optionally be supplied with a mounting kit for busbars, Molex connectors and feet for horizontal or vertical mounting. Railway Transformer NTT 400

Onboard power supply transformer Description The REO on-board power transformer NTT 400 is designed for on-board power supplies that are fed by the on-board power converter (BNU). It is used to adapt the voltage and for galvanic isolation of the pulse-width modulated DC link voltage and the consumers of the vehicle electrical system. An appropriate sinusoidal filter must be connected between the transformer and the inverter. The secondary-side load of the isolating transformer can be switching devices, rotating machines, resistive loads and semiconductor converter devices. The transformers are designed for the use of vehicles in the AC or DC grid (in inverter mode) in containers. This guarantees that transformers from REO are optimally designed for your application. AC/DC Open loop current transformers Description Open loop current transformers The WDI current sensor is an open-loop current transformer designed for measuring direct and alternating currents. The primary current generates a magnetic flux and this is evaluated by means of a magnetic circuit and Hall sensor in the air gap. The signal from the Hall sensor is processed by an electronic circuit and an exact representation of the primary current is output as a voltage.
